At the expo, we connected with 100 potential buyers globally, including the GBA, Europe, and the Americas. We engaged 9 new prospects, notably Hong Kong developers and HKSTP representatives. Highlights include a potential HKD 500,000 order from a private hospital. With projects typically valued between HKD 500,000 and HKD 2 million, we achieved 5% sales growth in just three days, keeping us on track for our 10–20% annual target.

This is our first time at Eco Expo Asia, aiming to enter the Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland markets. So far, we have gained approximately 20 contacts and even interviewed potential local buyers. We do expect long-term cooperation and the possibility of establishing a legal entity in Hong Kong.

The expo attracted Hong Kong investors and property management companies to visit, and buyers from the One Belt One Road Initiative and Southeast Asian nations such as Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore are also interested in us. We have generated numerous leads, with 6 out of 10 companies identifying potential buyers, and expect orders to reach approximately HKD 15 million.

I’ve had productive discussions with suppliers for large-scale food composting and sustainable packaging, meeting local market demands. Identifying innovative Canadian energy storage could further enhance our waste-to-compost solutions. Notably, this fair’s variety and Hong Kong’s strong government-led sustainability initiatives provide a significant contrast to the private-sector-led efforts I’ve observed in Dubai.

We are an environmental consultancy. At the fair, I built valuable connections with delegations from Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, Estonia, Canada, and Norway. I’m exploring potential orders or partnerships with two exhibitors: a Norwegian company for thermal hydro projects and a Hong Kong company offering lithium fire extinguishers, crucial for Malaysia's EV car fire issues. I also connected with an Estonian exhibitor whose solutions address leftover stumps from our tree coverage.

At the fair, we sought smart bins, IoT systems, and food waste management technologies for clients in shopping malls and other commercial settings. We connected with 4 suppliers, with a projected investment of over USD 100,000. One standout was a Hong Kong exhibitor offering food waste collection solutions, from whom we plan to purchase 5 machines.
